6. Right to inspect records

The director or any authorized officer acting within his jurisdiction or any officer authorized by him in writing under section 5 may, under section 3 or section 4 For the purpose of collecting data in relation to any matter specified in the order or notification under section 5 or for the purpose of checking whether any information, statement or information filed under such order or notification is true or not, the following may be done:
(a) Entering any immovable property in the possession or control of any person who is under a duty to file any information or particulars, upon giving prior notice, during reasonable time,

(b) any document in the possession or control of such person or To order the production of the thing and to examine the same and,

(c) to ask any person if he believes that he knows any information relating to the data to be collected under this Act.
